Mood Manager Role!

The Moods are looking for a personal/executive assistant to help manage their crazy schedules!

This role will have a ton of exciting responsibilities, room for growth and promotions, and a positive, creative atmosphere.

We want someone who will:

  • Keep the show on the road! Manage business and social calendars

  • Organize and arrange transport and accommodation

  • Organize meetings between partners, including external clients and the internal team
  • Assist in organizing conference and meetup needs

  • Manage correspondence

  • Document and file management

  • Research, organization and admin needs as they arise

  • Work with tight deadlines and fluctuating schedules

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Education & Experience not required, getting shit done is

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive

  • Super organized, great with details and able to prioritize multiple tasks

Community Management & Marketing

The Mood Foundation is looking for a positive and funny community manager & marketing coordinator!

This role will work on all kinds of amazing projects, such as social media for conferences, game jams, industry events, working directly with JM&P and assisting with all kinds of cool clients in the game industry!

Someone who will:

  • Create and implement a great social media strategy for the Mood Foundation

  • Draft engaging content that will drive community engagement

  • Act as the voice of the Mood Foundation brand across digital networks

  • Maintain and curate the Mood Foundation social media accounts

  • Maintain a schedule of content across multiple channels

Knowledge, skills, and abilties:

  • Experience in online communications and marketing

  • At least two years experience in community and social media management

  • Experience working on marketing campaigns and event promotion

  • Creative and fun approach, proactive and positive

  • Strong prioritizing skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive
